Mocktails

We started making Botanical Simple Syrups and Glycerites to support the many people who would like, for many reasons, to avoid alcohol in their medicine and also in their beverages. From our first experience tasting Lemongrass Simple Syrup that our friend made with our herbs, we were absolutely hooked on the possibilities for connecting people with plants through flavorful drinks.

We make simple syrups, glycerites (which are concentrated herbal drops to add to seltzer or tea), and hydrosols (water based aromatic sprays to "aromatize" the glass or top of the drink). All offer the unique aromatic and therapeutic benefits of the plants but with a fun twist.
