How to Brew
Place 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of tea in the bottom of a cup or in a tea infuser. Pour just-boiled water over the herbs, cover, and steep for 5 to 20 minutes depending on desired strength. Strain or remove the infuser, then enjoy. Sweeten as desired.
