Farm Grown Organic Bitters

Bluestem Botanicals' bitters are crafted for both flavor and ritual, bringing balance, complexity, and a distinctly bitter edge to cocktails, mocktails, and sparkling water. One of Linda's favorite ways to enjoy them is in a simple bitters and soda: 12 ounces of unsweetened seltzer over ice with 1 dropperful of one of our bitters blends. Our bitters are made primarily with herbs grown on our own farm, where they are hand harvested, hand processed, farm extracted, and pressed. For the few ingredients we source from off the farm, we seek certified organic sources, preferably from other small farms like ours.
