Our botanical simple syrups are a celebration of the aromatic herbs we grow on the farm - crafted in small batches for cocktails, mocktails, and other flavorful everyday drinks. They began more than a decade ago as part of Linda and Eric's farm open house, where herbal cocktail and mocktail hours helped connect people with plants in a way that felt inviting, familiar, and fun.
Inspired by a friend's lemongrass syrup and the many herbs growing in the field, they started experimenting with one botanical after another. What began as a creative way to share the harvest soon became one of Bluestem Botanicals' signature offerings at the farmers market and beyond.
