Over a decade ago, Linda and Eric started hosting herbal mocktail and cocktail hours at the yearly farm open house as a way to further their mission of connecting people with plants in a way that felt familiar to them. Inspired by their friend Jen's amazing Lemongrass Simple Syrup that she made (with extra lemongrass left at the end of a farmer's market), they started experimenting with almost every aromatic herb that they grew. Before long, they were renting a commercial kitchen and offering our Botanical Simple Syrups at our local farmer's market as a way to preserve the harvest.
