Inspired by their friend Jen's amazing Lemongrass Simple Syrup that she made (with extra lemongrass left at the end of a farmer's market), they started experimenting with almost every aromatic herb that they grew. Use in replacement of standard simple syrup in traditional cocktail recipes for a delicious twist and to elevate your drinks. Use to taste to sweeten tea, coffee, lemonade, or as a dessert topping.
