Our Lemongrass Simple Syrup is made throughout the summer with freshly harvested lemongrass grown on the farm. We extract the botanical at lower temperatures to capture the delicate citrus aromatics and add uncooked juice at the end of the extraction process to bring a refreshing burst of flavor. 

Directions: Add 1 tablespoon to 1 pint seltzer water for a refreshing herbal soda. Use in replacement of standard simple syrup in traditional cocktail recipes for a delicious twist and to elevate your drinks. Use to taste to sweeten tea, coffee, lemonade, or as a dessert topping.
