Our Rose Geranium Simple Syrup is made with freshly harvested flower, leaf, and fleshy sour stem from plants grown on our farm. As an aromatic herb, the rose geranium is extracted at both high and low temperatures to capture the layers of floral notes. Linda (MSN, RN) and Eric started Bluestem Botanicals in 2008 with a mission to connect people to plants for food, for medicine and for a more resilient collective future.
All of their products are hand grown, harvested, and manufactured on their small farm in Pennsylvania.

Directions for Use
Add 1 tablespoon to 16oz of seltzer water for a refreshing herbal soda.

This syrup is great. Fresh lemongrass isn't always easy to come by, so this is especially convenient. I've enjoyed it drizzled over a veggie stir fry with plenty of ginger and garlic, and of course it's a tasty addition to tea. Eric recommended pairing it with a cup of Bluestem Botanicals Self-Heal Tea. Wonderful suggestion. It's a lovely, sweet touch!
