Our Rose Geranium Simple Syrup is made with freshly harvested flower, leaf, and fleshy sour stem from plants grown on our farm. As an aromatic herb, the rose geranium is extracted at both high and low temperatures to capture the layers of floral notes. The result is a highly aromatic, pinkish syrup with a strong floral flavor.

The Herbalist and the Farmer
Linda (MSN, RN) and Eric started Bluestem Botanicals in 2008 with a mission to connect people to plants for food, for medicine and for a more resilient collective future.
All of their products are hand grown, harvested, and manufactured on their small farm in Pennsylvania.
Their mission and their passion for their herbs comes through in every bottle, tincture, and bag they produce.
Directions for Use
Add 1 tablespoon to 16oz of seltzer water for a refreshing herbal soda.
Use in replacement of standard simple syrup in traditional cocktail or dessert recipes for a delicious twist.
