Geared toward students who have completed the Foundations in Herbalism Program with Linda Shanahan, this course will dive more deeply into seasonal & herbal energetics, human physiology & pathology by body system, and hands on medicinal plant production.  It is a 7-month long course comprised of live monthly Zoom Sessions and 12 hours of on-farm learning taking place one Friday-Saturday per month for a total of 100+ hours of class time. 
This class is rain or shine, occurring in Doylestown, Pennsylvania from April through October.  Class time is 11 am-5 pm each day.   
Class Structure:
Fridays: Field (Plant ID) Walk, Organoleptic Assessment Exercise, Seasonal Energetics/Pathology Lecture, Harvest & Advanced Medicine Making and Use
Saturdays: Field (Planning) Walk, Greenhouse Production, Cover Crops, Field Planting and Cultivation, Harvest, Post Harvest Handling & Processing, Storage
