Our Lavender Simple Syrup is made every June with fresh wands of aromatic flowers harvested on a sunny day, just as they begin to bloom. As a high essential oil plant, we extract separate batches of the lavender at high and low temperatures to capture the bitter complexity and nuanced aromatics.

Directions: Add 1 tablespoon to 1 pint seltzer water for a refreshing herbal soda. Use in replacement of standard simple syrup in traditional cocktail recipes for a delicious twist and to elevate your drinks. Use to taste to sweeten tea, coffee, lemonade, or as a dessert topping.
