Our Rose Geranium Simple Syrup is made with freshly harvested flower, leaf, and fleshy sour stem from plants grown on our farm. As an aromatic herb, the rose geranium is extracted at both high and low temperatures to capture the layers of floral notes. This syrup is great. Fresh lemongrass isn't always easy to come by, so this is especially convenient. I've enjoyed it drizzled over a veggie stir fry with plenty of ginger and garlic, and of course it's a tasty addition to tea. Eric recommended pairing it with a cup of Bluestem Botanicals Self-Heal Tea. Wonderful suggestion. It's a lovely, sweet touch!
