Inspired by their friend Jen's amazing Lemongrass Simple Syrup that she made (with extra lemongrass left at the end of a farmer's market), they started experimenting with almost every aromatic herb that they grew. Directions: Add 1 tablespoon to 1 pint seltzer water for a refreshing herbal soda.
