Gin Cocktail Kits - Bluestem Botanicals
This recipe is as good in the height of summer as it is on New Years Eve. Make it to your taste! Use Champagne as the base for a dryer cocktail and use Prosecco or Moscato for a sweeter one.

- Elderberry Tincture
- Rosemary Aromatizer
Our botanical extracts of Thyme, Elderberry, and Rosemary are combined with Gin (Revivalist Equinox Expression is recommended but any high-quality Gin will work) and Sparkling Wine for a great riff on a French 75.
