Our Tulsi Basil Simple Syrup is made with fresh or dried flowering tops harvested under the early afternoon sun. All of our tulsi basil is grown on the farm and harvested from June to October. We infuse the herb in several batches to best extract the unique flavor and sweet aromatics. The result is a complex syrup with a fruity flavor profile.
