Our Rosemary Simple Syrup is made with fresh aromatic rosemary sprigs harvested in the fall on a sunny day. The herb is grown on our farm or sourced from local certified organic herb farms. As a high essential oil plant, the rosemary is extracted at both high and low temperatures to capture the bitter complexity as well as the nuanced aromatics. Directions: Add 1 tablespoon to 1 pint seltzer water for a refreshing herbal soda.
