Directions for Use

To Build the Mocktail

1. Combine in a shaker or glass:

½ oz Thyme Simple Syrup

½ oz fresh lemon juice

1 dash Ginger Glycerite

1 dash Rosemary Hydrosol

2. Add ice and shake or stir until chilled.

3. Strain into a glass and top with sparkling water.

4. Garnish with a lemon slice or rosemary sprig.

For a cocktail variation, add 1½ oz of vodka, gin, or rum before shaking.

Refrigerate the Thyme Simple Syrup after opening.

Store the Ginger Glycerite and Rosemary Hydrosol in a cool, dry place.
