What’s in the Kit
Spicy Turmeric Simple Syrup: Water, Raw Cane Sugar*, Turmeric* (Curcuma longa), Cayenne* (Capsicum annuum), less than 2% Citric Acid (as a preservative)
Linda (MSN, RN) and Eric started Bluestem Botanicals in 2008 with a mission to connect people to plants for food, for medicine and for a more resilient collective future.
All of their products are hand grown, harvested, and manufactured on their small farm in Pennsylvania.

Directions for Use
To Build the Mocktail
1. Combine in a shaker or glass:
½ oz Spicy Turmeric Simple Syrup
½ oz fresh lime juice
1 oz apple cider
1 dash Fire Cider
1 dash Tulsi Basil Aromatizer
2. Add ice and shake or stir until chilled.
3. Strain into a mule mug or tall glass with ice.
4. Garnish with a lime slice, basil leaf, or sprig of tulsi.
Taste and adjust to your liking. Add a touch more syrup for sweetness or an extra dash of fire cider for a little more bite.

This is a great starter kit. I didn't know where to start with mocktail creations, so it was a perfect bootstrap for me. I had no experience and no preferences; now I know a bit of what my husband and I like, plus we've been inspired to expand. These simple syrups are good, and flavors are nice. My husband likes the ginger one.

Love the concept, but wasn’t for me.
Really wanted to try to cut my alcohol with mocktails and love the concept of this gift. The flavor of the drink really wasn’t for me and I didn’t knock it for that. (Think it was the thyme that I didn’t enjoy). However the price for what you get just doesn’t seem worth it. I like the thought of being boujee but with the tag I needed to really enjoy it. Great concept wish they’d make smaller sizes at a more affordable price point.
