All dried herbs are grown on our farm, certified organic, hand harvested and processed.

Andrographis paniculata, otherwise known as the "king of bitters", is harvested during its flowering stage when it has the most abundance of aerial growth. We hand harvest, carefully dry at low temperatures, and hand garble (process into smaller particles, minimizing large stems).
