Directions for Use

To Build the Cocktail

1. In a mixing glass, combine:

2 oz whiskey (bourbon or rye)

½ oz Ginger Simple Syrup

2–3 dashes Aromatic Bitters

1 dash Kumquat Aromatizer

2. Stir with ice until chilled and well mixed.

3. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass with a large ice cube.

4. Garnish with a twist of citrus peel or a slice of kumquat.

Taste and adjust to your preference. Sip slowly and enjoy the warmth.
