Our Rose Geranium Simple Syrup is made with freshly harvested flower, leaf, and fleshy sour stem from plants grown on our farm. As an aromatic herb, the rose geranium is extracted at both high and low temperatures to capture the layers of floral notes. The result is a highly aromatic, pinkish syrup with a strong floral flavor. Rose Geranium is different from our other syrups in that the plant is naturally acidic enough on its own without needing to add citric acid. 

Directions: Add 1 tablespoon to 1 pint seltzer water for a refreshing herbal soda. Use in replacement of standard simple syrup in traditional cocktail recipes for a delicious twist and to elevate your drinks. Use to taste to sweeten tea, coffee, lemonade, or as a dessert topping.
