A wonderful support for the respiratory system that needs assistance with expectoration or calming an unproductive cough, this honey can be taken as a syrup and the fresh elecampane slices can be eaten as a support for the digestive system. Elecampane is incredibly bitter and so the "candy medallions" that the roots infused in honey create are one of the best ways to take it, in my humble opinion.   

Available in an 8 ounce jar.  This product is shelf stable for years when kept refrigerated.
